Assisted Living Facilities

For many years, Providence has led regular worship services on Sunday afternoons in local assisted living centers. Elder Chipley Bennett currently conducts services bimonthly at Eden Terrace, which is located near the church.

Carolina Pregnancy Center

Providence has always actively opposed the practice of abortion by participating in lawful protests and supporting the establishment and ongoing work of Carolina Pregnancy Center. The church backs the center financially, and many of our members volunteer to serve CPC in a variety of ways.

Giving to the Poor

Providence has always been responsive to needs in the community that come to our attention. In addition, recognizing that our Lord Jesus Himself regularly gave to the poor, our congregation is encouraged to give similarly, allocating funds to local trustworthy ministries such as Miracle Hill and Mobile Meals.
